today is a really sucky day, every other thing seems to be in a mess. First, my shipping line delayed my docs, then my customer called and emailed around 8 times today to chase for her document. Next, every other shipping line is calling me for something, first is NOra, then Cheryl, then charmaine :( i felt like i am working as a customer call service officer, answering millions of call per day. and the worst hit was this email.





"Just taken a look at the spreadsheet that you all hv updated.

Those that you did not manage to locate in Cisco warehouse are as follows (ie not highlighted as mentioned, extracted fr updated spreadsheet);-

CHEMICAL 03/04 } you said that this is not in my spreadsheet (scroll down email), however it is!
CHEMICAL 05/06 } you said that this is not in my spreadsheet, however it is!"

hello person in charge of shell , i may be cock-eyed and missed out your column for this 2 boxes but do you have to be so sarcastic...

why? why? why?

there is no motivation in this job.. grh...
