human rights can anyone not fight for his or her own rights? of course everyone will try to fight for what they desire but not in the recent case of the vegetarian women i read from e news. i couldnt rmb her name but it was a controversial issue as her feeding tube was taken off. her parents tried to fight for the right for her feeding tube to be install back, but the key point is she has been unconsious for almost five years. her husband ordered for her feeding tube to be removed to save her from the torture.. her body begans to deteriates and she is leaving us soon. however, her parents felt that its unfair to their child as she is still breathing, considered as alive..in this case, can human rights be return to her. it is fair or desirable for her rights to live to be taken away? it was mentioned that the girl has attempted several times to say that she wanted to live. but her feeding tube was removed to no avail. in my opinion, a matter of life ans death should not be placed in judgement of law for its faith for who should live and should not.. a case of the taiwan famous story writer who recovered from vegetarian shows that miracles do happen.. what do u guys think then?? i need some opinions..
